A labor doula will give you confidence and assurance during the biggest transition of your life. As your labor doula, we will meet before you go into labor to get to know each other and develop a plan for how I fit into your labor support team. Throughout your entire labor, I provide emotional support and physical comfort and also help provide information to aide you in making informed decisions as your labor unfolds. With continuous labor support, I provide one on one focused assistance throughout your labor and delivery.

Labor Doula Support Includes:

• Two prenatal meetings. At the first meeting, we’ll discuss birth preferences, normal and augmented labor, and coping strategies. The second meeting we’ll review birth preferences, practice labor techniques, and discuss postpartum planning. All if this will give you the confidence you and your partner need for the big day.
• Unlimited text and email support throughout the entirety of your pregnancy
• Continuous support throughout the duration of your labor
• Postpartum support immediately after birth
• Postpartum meeting to debrief your birth, to answer any newborn care or postpartum recovery questions, and to admire your newborn

International or Virtual Doula Support

Just because you live abroad doesn’t mean you can’t have a doula. This support package gives you the same peace-of mind a traditional doula provides only virtually. This package is perfect for English speakers living abroad with no local doula options. As your labor doula, I prepare you for the realities of labor and delivery and provide information to aide you in making informed decisions about your labor. 

International Doula Package Includes:

• Virtual prenatal meetings to discuss birth preferences, options, and practice comfort measures so that you’re confident and prepared on your labor day
• Unlimited text and email support throughout your pregnancy so you can’t get your questions answered in your native language
• Text, email, or video support throughout your labor because you don’t need to do it alone
• Postpartum meeting to debrief your birth, to answer any newborn or postpartum care questions, and to admire your newborn
